LOCATION: Carrapateena, SA
Carrapateena Mine is a significant copper and gold project located approximately 160 kilometres north of Port Augusta. Operated by BHP, it represents one of Australia's key copper-gold assets.

Precise Spatial was engaged to assist with the civil construction of 13 thrust blocks, Set out and alignment of pipeline including installation of sleepers at 5m intervals and the construction of culverts. Our involvement included:

Establishing control network spanning 7km from the processing plant to the tailings dam

Providing Set-Out, Pre-Pour and As-Built Reports for concrete structures

Generating QA Reports for bolts to ensure quality compliance
