LOCATION: Orange, NSW
The construction of the Australian first Molybdenum plant at Cadia introduces the silvery-white metal used in steels and superalloys to enhance strength, prevent corrosion and reduce brittleness.

The project cost is $130 million, employing 140 people during construction and produce about 4.1 million pounds of Molybdenum per annum, with a reduction in AISC of A$67/oz.
